This company was chosen by my HOA to manage the complex. So far my and other tenants experience with them has been very poor. It seems all they do is send endless emails quoting rules and increasing fees. I have yet to see a true benefit of having this company manage the complex. Everyone keeps wanting change for the better- to me, It’s time for the tenants to dissolve this relationship, force a change of property management and the board members. What I’ve noticed is that the people that were voted on the board don’t do much of anything for this community either. They’re breaking all the same rule as everyone else. It seems you can’t hold people to a higher standard, even when it’s in their job description.
Shame on you all!

Forget about any positive rating, this company earns a negative 5 star rating. Only reason they get a star is you can't post a review without at least one star.

As a condo owner all our concerns are to be directed to our propery managers - Chown. Emails to them are never answered. Conversations are dismissive and condescending. I wouldn't hire these guys to manage a dog house.

They don't deserve one star even , in winter bad service , in spring the worst.
We pay fees for no services.
I asked them to remove the thistle , but no response .

All negative reviews ring true and the few 5 star ones are most likely either work for him or related to him some way!
We are planning to buy a property in Heritage Village, Vineland. Read all the frightening reviews about Chown Prop. Mgt. company, so called the company and asked DON CHOWN which parts of Heritage Village they "manage". He said he didn't know!!! He got more and more defensive and arrogant... then claimed he "couldn't disclose such information to somebody just off the street"... was having an emotional meltdown... became rude, condescending while yelling. Couldn't calm him nor reason with him but we certainly won't spend $700-800K, plus monthly mgt fees of $600+ for such poor "service".
Heritage Village BODs under Chown's mgt. should fire this company and hire someone credible, reliable and transparent. Someone should have the courage to end this nightmare for current owners in Heritage Village.
(other Property Mgr. for Heritage Village (Shabri) was pleasant, open and very helpful in answering my questions about their services and fees.)

Don Chown is the worst property manager I've ever met. I sold my condo earlier this year and I'm glad I no longer have to deal with him. To say the least, he's rude and useless! I would have rated 0 given the chance. Even -5 if possible.

Honestly the biggest **shole out there. Thinks he’s better then everyone else. Doesn’t know his own bi-laws for our condo. Treats and talks down to you like your not good enough to belong to his little “group” of condo owners.

My experience with this company has been truly awful. They make false accusation with not a shred of evidence. This is a clear case of harassment. Its time that the condo owners look a little deeper into there business practice. How can you trust a company that operates in this manor.
