Chris lied about an assessment that was coming for the building I bought a condo in. I told him I wasn’t signing any papers until I knew for sure. He assured me that there would be no assessment coming. Lied about talking to the property manager about this. Bought the condo and less than a month after buying it we were hit with a huge assessment that we are still paying off. $4000 more dollars due July 1st. That’s on top of the $6000 we’ve already paid as well as 2 other assessments since we moved in.
Don’t trust him as he lied right to my face just to get his commission.

Last year we sold our house and upgraded to a larger one for our growing family and Chris was beyond helpful throughout the process of both buying and selling...the selling process was done as quickly as possible and got us a great return...as for the buying process, we looked at a good amount of homes throughout the city and Chris gave us a lot feedback throughout the houses of things we should be looking for, etc...we ended up finding a great home/neighbourhood that even a little over a year later we are still loving :)..the amount of open communication throughout the entire process made it less stressful since we knew that if we had any questions or concerns at any time we could always get in touch with someone..we have always had trust in the job getting done 🙂

Wow! My son who is an agent in another province not affiliated with Chris's agency recommended Chris to us. From start to finish it was the best experience we had.
