Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with once again! He really made us feel prioritized and went all out to help us sell our house as quickly as possible in order to secure our dream home. He made the whole process feel very smooth and took a lot of the stress off of us. I would 100% recommend Chris to anyone! He was so great to work with. He was able to sell our home for much more than we thought we could and get us into our dream house. He was patient with us as we viewed different homes over the course of almost a year and did not push us to do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. Chris was amazing!! We didn't know him, but a friend in real estate recommended him, and we are very thankful. Without a contract, Chris agreed in advance to take some drone shots in the late Summer knowing full well that we didn't intend to list until this Spring. In October, Chris returned and spent two hours in our home staging it and taking photos. Every room was captured with 8 exposures which he then overlaid at a later date in order to get the perfect color and white balance for every room. Presentation is key to attracting potential buyers which experience has shown Chris. Check out his photos - they are perfect! What real estate agent do you know who will spend 2 hours just taking photos, without a contract, while using a tripod and a professional camera? I know of agents who use their cell phone, and they are in and out in 15 mins - not Chris. Since last Fall, Chris has reached out almost monthly just to check in and that was appreciated. During those 6 months, whenever I'd text him with questions, he would respond on average within 3 mins. When my wife and I decided it was time, Chris had everything ready to go. He met with us on Sunday (who does that?), and we went live Monday morning. Chris put the listing on many media sources and then spent Monday quarterbacking showings for 6 different potential buyers. By 6:30 PM, he had an offer for our full asking price. Chris is respectful, personable, diligent and passionate about real estate. He provided advice but it was a two-way exchange always making sure we had the final word. Chris has been a huge blessing to us, and I highly recommend his services to anyone considering listing a property. If you want someone who sets the bar high for himself, Chris is your agent. He made the somewhat stressful experience of listing a home a pleasant and even enjoyable experience. Thank you Chris Low RE/MAX for striving towards excellence.
