We used Chris to sell our place and buy another in Cranbrook. He is the best Real Estate agent there is. He got us more than we expected for our house and got us a better deal than we figured on the house we bought. He was always there for us regardless of day or time. He was very respectful and professional. We were even having issues with our mortgage so he spoke to the mortgage broker and had that dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and if he didnt know something he would get the answer. He made us feel like we were his only responsibility, which was very nice when dealing with an issue as important as this. If you need a Real Estate agent don't waste your time with anyone else because Chris is amazing.

Chris goes above & beyond. During this 2021 season it's been a crazy busy time in the real-estate business.
