Chris Spafford was delightful to deal with from the initial appointment to view my house through sale and closing. He was realistic and transparent about improvements required to maximize sale price but accommodated my top priority of a quick sale. As a result of his in-office networking skills, my house sold before listing with a clean offer and in as-is conditions. I recommend Chris if you are looking for a solid agent who responds to your needs and priorities.

My brother and I were selling our parents’ home. Neither of us had any experience in what was involved. We hired Chris, after he was recommended to us by a family member, to sell the place and we knew upon meeting him that he was the guy for us. He is personable, down-to-earth, honest and unpretentious, qualities we admire. He spent quite a while talking to us about the house, a very old and large duplex, and got all the possible information potential buyers could ask. He listened to our stories as we reminisced, which we appreciated.
He took us through the process from emptying the house to closing day with excellent advice, and was always available to us to answer questions or calm our nerves. He even brought us some boxes for packing. He brought many agents and others through the house which sold in two days. He was our link to the out-of-town buyer and made several calls to him on our behalf.
We feel Chris went above and beyond the call y and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working agent who communicates information well, invests his time into his clients and is always available to serve the needs of his clients.

Chris recently helped me out in a huge jam! I needed to secure a new home quick! A listing became active that I wanted to check out and I immediately asked Chris to book me a tour. We were the first to see the home, likely within an hr and a half of it being live. I knew I had to act fast as this home would suit my family perfectly and the price was rite. Within an hr of viewing home we were drawing up my offer. Offer was countered with a tighter deadline which seemed impossible to meet. Mr spafford worked with me, the lawyers, the bank, opposing realtor etc getting all necessary information to whomever needed it quickly and efficiently. We past the finish line together, it was quick, stressful and eye opening. Chris is a man of many skill sets and did not disappoint whatsoever in providing more than what I would think a realtor could do. He is professional, precise, knowledgeable about market trends etc. If you live in chatham kent or surrounding area, please do not hesitate to contact Chris to assist you on your purchase.
