Citizen on Jasper Apartments - Edmonton, Alberta

I just moved into the citizen on Jasper from the Maclaren and I feel like it's a night and day difference. At first I didn't visit Citizen when they opened because folks at the Maclaren said the apartments were tiny and the rent was steep- that couldn't be further from the truth. When I went for my tour, I was completely shocked, the suites are so beautiful and the ceilings are so high! I moved into a one bedroom unit that is the same square footage as my 2 bedroom at the Maclaren, and saw my neighbours 2 bedroom and was blown away. Each suit comes with the nicest appliances, and the ambient lighting and finishing touches just make them so stunning, and the parking stalls are spacious with easy access system for the keycards. Saad from the leasing office was the individual who helped me from start to finish. this was the most inopportune time to move for me, and Saad answered every single question I had and was so quick to respond to me, the easy communication was something I struggled with with other buildings, and Saad made it apparent that's not the case here. The incentives for the building are insane, which was another thing that shocked me, but my absolute favourite thing has been the beautiful building and its amenities. The gym and yoga studio are amazing, and always super clean, and the work station area is stunning and a perfect place to work from home. The building gives the vibe of a hotel and right now has the cutest Christmas decorations all around. My floor is quiet, my neighbour is lovely and within 24 hours of moving in I was invited to a games night with other residents and added to a group chat called "citizen gals" by another girl in the building. It is very clear there is a sense of community in the building. I could go on about all the great things but I will leave it there. Big thank you to Saad for being so kind and helping me transition from my old apartment to this one. I couldn't be happier I made the switch, and I love my new suite!!

I managed to visit several similar houses in Edmonton, but when I came here, I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, it was the friendliness of the manager Saad, who told everything, showed everything and even joked. It was a pleasant surprise for me, because in previous houses the managers were a bit rude. And about the house itself - I liked absolutely everything, it is a corner from which you probably won't even want to leave, because everything is in the house: a cinema, billiards, a recreation area, etc.

We moved into Citizen on Jasper a month ago, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, the leasing team, Saad and Gagan, made us feel right at home. Their warmth and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful move into an enjoyable experience.

The concierge and security team, including Assim and Rhuma, has been incredibly attentive and helpful. They always greet us with a smile and are ready to assist with anything we need.

The management team has been proactive and responsive, ensuring the building is well-maintained and addressing any concerns promptly. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents' well-being.

The amenities here are unmatched. I've loved the Co-Working area, outdoor hot tub, the Penthouse Sky Lounge, Pet SPA, Cinema Room, the GYM, etc. The parking is heated and well maintained, the building has storage unit service, you can have your own things that you do not use like seasonal clothes/stuff in that storage unit for a real good price, it is a good deal.

Before moving in, we explored several options in Edmonton, but nothing compared to what Citizen on Jasper offers. The unique features, such as the multi-sport simulator, game lounge with a pool table, and pet spa, are amenities We didn’t find in any other building. Without a doubt, this was the best choice—it stood out from the rest.

One of the biggest challenges when searching for a place to live was finding a truly pet-friendly community. Many buildings impose breed and weight restrictions, but Citizen on Jasper welcomes pets without these limitations. The dedicated pet spa and pet relief areas are a huge bonus, making this a perfect home for pet owners like us.

Living in the Oliver neighborhood has been a dream. We have easy access to a variety of cafes and things to do around the area, making it the perfect mix of urban living and a strong sense of community.

Overall, my experience at Citizen on Jasper has been incredible. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, vibrant, and truly pet-friendly place to call home in Edmonton.

It’s been a month since we moved into our new apartment, and Evgenia has been fantastic right from the start. She took care of all the moving details—like booking the elevator, handling paperwork, and setting us up with amenities. What really stood out was how she managed to cheer me up on an otherwise tough moving day. She’s always available to help with any questions we have and does a great job supporting everyone in the building. I truly appreciate everything she does to keep things running smoothly. I had a wonderful time at the viewing. I love the show rooms and all the other amenities. Azim the security concierge was very wonderful and friendly letting us in and Gagan was the leasing agent who showed us around. 10/10 apartment in my opinion.

I was recently moved to Calgary and I was looking for an apartment within downtown area with basic amenities. After looking couple of apartments I choose Versus after considering many things. It’s in the core downtown, having 24/7 security, many amenities, couple of lounge for leisure, gym etc etc. This is new building it’s clean and provided utilities quality are also pretty good. There are periodic maintenance as well. It’s worth for money and I would definitely recommend for Versus.

Last but the not the least, the leasing agents are very cooperative, soft spoken. I met with Mr. Nijaz Terzic, he was so polite, calm and provided so much details on the property and leasing related queries. Which ease my decision to choose Versus without any hesitation.
