Representation on line is lacking; one must go into each property to find out if there are even any vacancies, so it is a time consuming endeavour to go through your site. Calling for information yielded a negative response from a disinterested representative who seemed to have the attitude that its a property owners market and tenants best be willing to compete and be challenged to locate housing. An over all negative experience as a newcomer to the region. Web site needs to be more user friendly, and representatives less cynical. Such negative first impressions generate a sense that residing in a City Realty Ltd. property would be less than a positive experience and this newcomer will be reaching out to other resources before ever considering a City Realty experience. This is in response to "the owner" asking for details about why I gave only a 2 star review.

Charged 380 $ for cleaning, when I made a full effort to clean the place before I left. Charged 100$ Specifically for strip wash wax floors which I had washed before I left. I don't know what kind of operation this is, but it's certainly not a dignified one.
