Clara helped me immensely with a home purchase that ended up being anything but straightforward. It is a semi-rural property and involved details I didn’t even know to ask about, despite doing my best to research what I was getting in to beforehand! Without someone with the decades of experience and wisdom that Clara has, we would have -without a doubt- been very far up the creek. She was endlessly patient and hardworking, even heading out in the dark one night to take last minute photos of a garage as required by insurance for possession to go ahead.
