I recently purchased a used vehicle from Cochrane GMC and had a really good experience. From start to finish, Mason Raymond and his team that I dealt with were fantastic. Teala was my sales agent that I dealt with and she was a true professional in every aspect of the sale, making sure I was well taken care of. It is nice to know that this type of 5-star service is still alive in the sales industry. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car in the area. I will highly consider using them again when our family is in the market for our next car.

Mike in finance worked really hard to get us the best rates possible, Gregory the sales manager answered all my questions and did his best to advise my husband and I on the best option for us and Hayley the sales associate was AMAZING. Last month I purchased a "new to me" truck from Cochrane Chev; the entire experience was amazing. I would typically go the private sales route, but the dealership had the truck I wanted.

My sales person, Teala was great. She worked with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. Her sales approach was supportive and without any pressure.
Greg, the sales manager, was extremely fair and a pleasure to negotiate with.
The delivery process was just the right amount of time and information.

But, what really impressed me, was the after sales support...I had a small concern that I needed resolved. Greg and the service team promptly addressed this to my complete satisfaction. Frankly I didn't expect the full resolution and when I indicated this to Greg saying that I doubt other dealerships would have supported me in this way, his response was: "It was the right thing to do". WOW! Talk about a culture of customer service and integrity!

I strongly recommend Cochrane Chev, Buick, GMC if your are in the market for a new or "new to you" vehicle!

On an email request to view and test drive a truck at 3 dealerships, Joel from Cochrane GM responded within 5 minutes and set it all up at my convenience. Being from out of town I appreciated that everything was ready for me to test drive the truck. The customer service was exceptional even though I am not an easy customer. A deal was made with all aspects of the deal honoured (including a replacement mirror), and as a result I would recommend Joel and Cochrane GM to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. There was also a follow up (2 months later) to make sure I was still happy with my purchase....nice touch!

Bought a 2019 Chevy Cruze from here a little over a year ago. I got to say this was the best dealership experience I ever had.

Transparency, fair negotiations, friendly staff and despite living in Calgary the deal was handled mostly through emails and phone calls.

Shout out to my saleswoman Hailey and Finance Brendon. They did a good job and I will very likele be back in a year or two when I'm ready to buy a truck. If these two are still when that time comes I'll ask to work with them specifically.
