After 18 years with the same dentist, we decided to make a change and visited Cold Lake Dental Center. It was an exceptional experience! The hygienists were incredibly gentle and caring, and they asked insightful questions and provided thorough answers. Meeting the dentist was a highlight, as he took the time to explain what was happening in my mouth, making me feel confident that I was headed in the right direction. I’m eager to share this positive experience with others, and I’m sure more people will choose this dental practice for their cleanings and emergencies. Well done!

It is always such a pleasant experience coming to Cold Lake Dental. The staff is incredible, the office is stunning, clean and accommodating. The staff goes above and beyond, especially with my young children. We will be life long clients of Cold Lake Dental. Thank you all for the important work you do!

I was very very impressed with Cold Lake Dental and the cleaning I had done there.
It is modern and very recently refurbished and is very nice inside. It is also much larger than I expected with a lot of dental and hygienist stations (maybe a dozen in total).
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Finally a huge thank you to Katie who performed my cleaning. It was the best cleaning I have had in my life (im 45). Very thorough and detailed but she was also very gentle and I had zero pain or any negative sensations. She really knew her profession to a very high standard. I will definitely request her again for my next cleaning.
Overall an outstanding experience which is not something you might normally say for a dental visit!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The newly renovated space is pristine and spectacular. The staff are top knotch. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. My kids loved the new gaming section as well.

Excellent staff, very kind and extremely understanding. My 4 year old son needed surgery to fix his teeth, and he was very scared. The staff was very patient and understanding, and did their best to calm him down amidst his screaming and flailing.

They explained everything that would be done during the surgery and gave me a copy of what was done afterwards as well as verbally explained everything. They assured me that everything would be okay and assured me surgery went well.

10/10 would recommend this dentist.
