My husband and I sent in a rental application so we could view houses to rent in our area. Waited a week and heard nothing so I called. Woman on the phone was nice and said she remembered the application and would make sure someone contacted us. Waited another week, decided to email to explain situation more. Waited another week, still no contact, went into the office in person and was again assured the property manager would contact me. Waited 3 or 4 days, and no contact, so I called again. Said I’d wait on hold for however long to talk to the manager. Finally talked to him (Brandon maybe? I can’t fully remember the name), he wasn’t very friendly and didn’t apologize once for not contacting us. I told him which property and he said he’d contact us after a viewing on Friday. Nothing, and have never heard from anyone since (it’s probably been close to a month now). We ended up buying a house instead of renting, and did NOT, and would never, use this company.

Brad wont hesitate to threaten to take you to court if you mention moving before your lease is up. When you fulfill your lease obligations, Coldwell banker city side will illegally deduct money from your damage deposit to have the property cleaned and paint the place, Things that should happen BEFORE a new tenant moves in but didn't happen before I took over the rental property. These types of things are to be paid for at the OWNER'S expense, not the tenant's! City side can definitely expect to hear from tenant's rights about this. I know how the system works and I want my money!

Rented from them, they did a seperate move in walk through alone. Made a list of what was to be fixed, maintenance man did a poor job completing the list. Did not fix front door knob, just pulled it hard to shut it. Also, did not change a broken toilet seat. Cold Well did not follow up or complete any inspections afterwards. We lived there for almost 2 years and not once did they check on us or inspect anything. Moved out, hired cleaners and Cold Well kept our full damage deposit. Brad told us "you guys lived rough!" And then moved tenants in 3 weeks after we moved out. If you can find new tenants and move them in quickly obviously it was an uncalled for false accusation. Took 6 months and multiple calls to Brad to provide receipts and they charged us for things that didn't exist (they said we took window coverings). It still was not equivalent to our full damage deposit. Will not do business with them or reccomend them to anyone.

Amazing service and best help I've ever had. They did an amazing job at getting me into a new place within a month after my previous rental sold. Couldn't ask for a better team to help me. You guys are the best.

Out going and responsive when obtaining the business arrangement after which, began a decline with communication, inconsistent with regular deposits or statement delivery. Did not contact when major repairs were made only discovered after statements were submitted. Did a very effective job screening for tenants, but also advised not to seek recourse with AB Housing after a tenant skipped. Due to the difficulty in the process.

Very disappointed with this Brokerage, rented a property from them and they took white out to a legally binding lease contract and changed the dates with out consent or initials or notification of the change. This change was made after all parties had signed the lease!

Then they refused to provide me with a copy of the inspection report after the time of inspection.

Very disappointing, I thought using a big name like Coldwell banker they would be much more professional.
