The support provided by the management, agents and staff at CBFO is superlative bar none. I am in my 3rd year and have had amazing success. Without them, it would never have been this smooth. I had requested a showing for a rental property from realtor Wassim Soweid. I asked to see the unit and he said I needed to fill out a rental application first. I asked why? First I want to see the unit before I apply. He responded to my email in the most rude manner refusing to show me the unit. He sounds like a scammer to me but he had Coldwell Bankrr First Ottawa in his signature. His rudeness should not go unpunished and this is why the one star rating. Avoid
