We find her chairing of our Council meetings very personable, efficient, helpful and has a calming influence when we have difficult issues to discuss. Her attention to detail is excellent, being proactive to alert us to issues to give attention to, and we find her to be very knowledgeable. Horrible property management. Joy Ross would prefer to see you move than listen to your concerns and complaints. Liz Bennett was a very big bully always yelling when you try to explain things to her. The upstairs tenants had robbed us, partied and had no respect for us. They thru garbage over the deck and our dog got sick and we were cold in the summer and winter. Reported mice and rats and nothing was done we had to set traps. If possible do not rent from them.
Moved out on February 28 and went back to clean on Feb 29th. Called Joy Ross at 1:30, left message, texted her and no response to let her know that we were waiting for her to do walk thru. Joy called me Monday and was mad that I left messages for her on the weekend. She wanted to do the walk thru on Monday at 12:30 and indicated to her that we work. Still no response from her in regards to do the walk thru. She knows we all work during the week and she refuses to work after hours or on weekends, everything is on her schedule and doesn't matter if you work. The place, up or down, are not rented as she didn't even come and take pics to post the places for rent. Horrible, will never rent from them again. Bullies, inconsiderate and never take concerns into account. As long as they receive their money.

Odd to see some of the reviews here. Anthony was my property mgr for years and I always found him professional and responsive to my questions and directions regarding the property. Never had any problems other than some bad tenants in the beginning that probably could have been weeded out. But it’s pretty tough finding good tenants in Kelowna. A lot of low life.

Terrible, terrible service. Anthony was not polite in person and was not educated on the rental property. He had to keep asking the tenants about the details because he didn’t take the time to learn beforehand. After viewing the house he made an assumption that we wouldn’t be able to afford rent based on our appearance and age, even though we make more than enough money. Totally offensive. Also terrible at responding to messages and left us waiting days to hear back about the rental property.

Terrible property managers never solve any problems between tenants, been living with no clothes washer for a week, no urgency from them to get it fixed. Awful communication bully-like attitude type of landlords. AVOID IF YOURE SMART you’ve been warned.
