The worst Realtor that you could deal. I have to fight to get my rejected offer signed by the Owner. Even more, you are not sure if the offer was submitted to the Buyer. Normally, your offer goes together with other offers from Realtor of the same Company so you are not sure about the confidentiality of your bid that you offer. In addition, they do not help the Buyer or to motivate the Buyer to get the best deal possible especially when offers are extremely close in price.
Personally, I do not recommended to deal with this company my personal experience was a nightmare.

If you're looking for property in the area I highly recommend asking for Trent Whale. He's as professional as it gets! Provided ample options, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent caliber of service he provided for us.

Communication is a 10/10, and there was zero pressure to pull the trigger, instead we were given concise options to guide our decision, paired with great showings.

We will definitely be calling him in the future when it's time to relocate.
