This was the first time we have bought a new home from a builder and we were very happy with the whole experience. The sales staff were very helpful with the purchase and in helping us pick the upgrades we wanted. The builder responded quickly to any questions we had and kept us updated with letters and emails regarding the progress on our home. Any minor concerns were addressed and fixed in a reasonable time period. We look forward to living in our new home.

Awful. Avoid! Bought what we thought would be a beautiful new in Guelph. Paid for many upgrades. We have been here 6 months. Jobs still not completed and emails go ignored. They are fast to cash checks but don't complete jobs. The biggest mistake we have ever made was buying a Coletera home. If anyone from Coletera would rectify these problems, I would be more then happy to give a better rating. At this point, I can't help be feel that we have been ripped off.
