Our interaction with KC was exceptional, she is warm, knowledgeable, accepting, accommodating and her willingness to create an open space for easy communication to all our questions and request. We later met Nadine who was equally as awesome. These individuals are great 10/10. Definitely recommend their service to future home buyers.

Purchased a unit in one of their new builds and the in unit heating did not even work and it was winter. They took WEEKS to fix it. Numerous other issues were not fixed within the required timelines provided by Tarion.

I think things have settled in concierge and property management at Westwood Garden. I am not sure if Collecdev is looking after Westwood Garden’s management/contractors. We have asked the management office to fix our drawer and bathtub in the kitchen since May-June. Always been notified contractors are busy and will be scheduled later in time. We are heading towards the end of 2023. Again, contractor cancelled appointment today and likely to come tomorrow while no one will be home at our unit. You need to start looking for a proper contractor. Very irresponsible!!

Let me tell you something about Tretti Condo the best thing about Tretti Condo is their staff KC Edwards she’s very dedicated to her job very professional, reliable, caring, she’s very spontaneous too in helping with customer needs this made me feel at home. I have a dilemma buying new furnitures for my Unit and I have no idea what types, measurements I need to consider in furnishings my new place, KC is very helpful and understands my trying to accomplish measuring the living room and bedrooms KC is a big help in determining what kind should of furnitures should be suitable. KC Edwards and her team is the best thing about CollecDev Condos.KC deserves a five stars!!!! as a customer care representative.

I must say that the customer service of Collecdev in Tretti Condo are the best, every time I would call to inquire about my new property, they are all so fast to answer the phone and always provided me with the answer that I needed, Nadine, Holly and KC are the representatives who assisted me and they were so nice to deal with, vey approachable and I feel like I know them for a long time, They are treating their customer as their friends. I would definitely recommend Collecdev to my friends and relatives.
