We had great experience with Matthew Best & Colliers International. While still searching for a commercial property we phoned few realtors about properties we were interested in - no one answered their phone, no one called back. Matthew answered his phone - so that was his first BIG * ... and everything after was even greater. His knowledge, patience, professionalization, his attitude was "working for client interests" instead annoying pushy sales attitude with no grounds just desperation of losing a deal , replying to his emails and phone calls every time, etc. made us feel really confident that we are in good hands.
