They manage my office building and I am not exaggerating when I say the building is constantly in shambles. Every year, multiple times per year, the building floods. They know that the plumbing needs overhaul but just allow it to fail repeatedly, causing water damage, mold, ruining files and office equipment. The ceiling has fallen in multiple times, on at least one occassion it was because the ceiling tiles were not installed properly (no hangers) so who knows how many times this will keep happening before someone is seriously injured. The airconditioner is constantly on the fritz, random loud sounds interrupt our work, and we have smelled natural gas in the building on several occasions. Repeatedly, they will schedule work without advising tenants. The other day, that happened and they shut down every washroom in the entire 7 story building without notice. We had to be sent home, after many already paid for parking. They leave water damage and fallen ceiling tile repairs unfinished for months. There are literally rats in the front planters lol sorry but this place is a hellscape and the landlords don't care about anything but gettin paid. I've seen building security yelling at precariously housed ppl for just being in the skywalk. DO NOT RENT HERE

Our office is freezing. We have been at this location nearly a decade, and it doesn't matter how many times you complain to the building, they seem to think "going green" is more important than heating the building. Wear a sweater they suggest. With the amount of rent we pay, we should be able to control our own heating and cooling settings. They also shut off the AC and turn the heat completely down over the weekends. Time and time again, our requests for service are ignored. Our front lobby has absolutely NO radiators and the chilly breeze comes into our front office and reception area. We get left notes that our space heater is unacceptable. TURN ON YOUR HEAT PROPERLY. My goodness. My fingers are frozen as I type this.

Don't bother replying to this by saying you're sorry and to contact you to discuss further, because I have, time and time again, and you simply do not care.

I contacted then regarding renting a commercial space. The property manager contacted me but after our initial conversation has ghosted me ever since. I was serious about viewing the space but he couldn't even be bothered.

Heaters never worked properly. Plumbing was atrocious. As I sit here its 25c in our office and am thinking about going home sick because the A/C isnt working. I dont know about all their locations but the 175 Hargrave location is not good. they spent money on renovating the entrance and bathrooms to a nice modern look but broken heaters are still not fixed after 15+ years in our suite. No tenants renting their bathrooms and entrance ways....

A small business client of mine rents from them. They are not being proactive or in any way helpful with regards to rent payment options and are not providing any deferrals. After making a request for a deferral they took three weeks to get back to me when it was supposed to be one. They are also choosing not to participating in the federal Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance Program.

We have had multiple issues in a very short time . We have been with colliers for just under a year now . They ignore 90% of our calls and the building managers dont take anything seriously . We have had multiple issues with our neighbour illegally putting out a patio and serving alcohol in a place that would 100% not legally allow that . It's not an inclosed patio. We rent the store also the front of our store is our allowed space. We have never given permission to the neighbour to put tables and chairs in front of the store. In fact on multiple occasions we have asked them nicely to move. We have only ever been treated by the neighbour and by this company as second class citizens . We have paid our rent on time everytime and will continue to do so. We have raised the issue with colliers multiple times and have just been ignored . We came in one day and one of our signs was gone . They just took it down without phoning us or anything . Seriously How unprofessional. We are an active open company 7 days a week we are open . They're are companys that arnt and they didn't take there sign . Makes no sense . When we phoned our building manager acted like it was so awful and he was so sorry and he was going to fix it right away . It's been almost 2 months still no sign. Super unprofessional. When we first rented the space it was a retail store before but it was illegal before . The retail store before was operating without the correct permits for more then a year .... Seriously !!? I know this because when me and my partner went for our occupancy permit they told us this was office space not retail space. So they rented us office space for retail space and didn't even tell us . It cost us almost 1000$ out of our pocket to get it all changed over . This is a serious issue
Lied to from the start . If you get the choice go with a different company .

Trying to purchase a multimillion dollars property for days now and I can't get through to anyone even to take a look. 😡
It's incredibly vexing when a company lists a property and then doesn't make attempts to sell it.
When I buy this, I will speak directly with the owner and make sure you get 0% commission!
