This bank has always treated me well. I love their commitment to helping small business people access capital to make big things happen. Incredible HELOC service from Ignacio and his team. Start to finish support from Matt Brunkow and his team on commercial lending and construction financing. For residential mortgages, my go to is Chris Flanders who helps clients with compassion and a really focused eye for detail. The whole team here is really great and they’ve helped me make some things possible that I couldn’t have imagined. Highly recommended. When other banks say no, Commerce says yes. I think that might be your new slogan.

Customer service is fabulous, from the top down. I had to close an account here to a different bank nearer to my location (not a Commerce Bank near me). Even though they were losing this account (purely due to location), both Sabina and the branch manager, Ignacio, were immensely helpful during a stressful time in my life, for which I am grateful. I had been working with Sabina, called in and asked for her, identified myself, and the person who answered the phone immediately transferred me to the branch manager because Sabina was out for the day. This is a clear indication of how well these people work together and coordinate their efforts for the benefit of their customers. Wonderful experience!

Ive been a Commerce Bank client for many years now. The 38th branch makes banking there very convenient and Kayla and everyone at that branch have been a pleasure to work with! They are always very welcoming, accommodating and professional and the branch is always clean and inviting.

I have been a satisfied Commerce Bank customer for nearly 20 years. Recently I was the victim of fraud and my bank account was compromised. I live in Missouri but was in Colorado at the time. I went to their Denver branch and was greeted at the door by Kayla Casteel. Kayla opened a new account, printed checks and gave me a new debit card all in short order. In addition, she listed all the people I'd have to contact with dates and amounts so I could easily give them the new account number. I've had frustrating dealing with big banks in the past, but with Commerce I always feel like I'm dealing with a friendly home town people. Thank you Commerce

Sold a car - accepted a check from Commerce Bank - went to the Branch and they want $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank. Never have I ever heard of paying $$ to cash a check at bank it’s drawn on.
