I’ve known Heidi from C.A.P Commercial Asset Partners Reality for many years as a good standing Relater firm, though I’ve never used her services. That changed about 2 months ago.
Heidi and her team always had time for me. They professionally listed and showed my Building. Heidi was straight forward with me and didn’t just want another listing…. First they recommended key things that needed updated….before a listing. I did exactly as Heidi suggested. Shortly after I listed my Commercial industrial building with C. A.P.
