There are so many great resources through Community Futures Highwood. I've been involved in a few programs here including SmartStart and the Digital Service Squad. Utilizing some of the free resources like the Digital Service Squad has been so helpful to better understand and improve my website, social media, and digital marketing. Natasha was able to cater what we worked on to what my business needed and I noticed improved online activity when implementing the changes we went through after each session.

We are in the final stages of the initial application for our business loan through Community Futures Highwood (CFH), after several refusals from major banks. This process had until we met the team at CFH been somewhat of a challenging road. However, our dealing with CFH cleared the fog and the support and direction form Ursula and the team was simply amazing! Their experience, guidance and professionalism shines, and as a customer you are fully supported throughout the process.
