Dan came into the high school today and gave an excellent presentation to the students in an easy to understand and friendly way. The students asked questions and were very interested in all he had to say and share about the economy, how to save money for a down payment, different types of mortgages, how to build credit, payment calculations and other things the students were curious about. So glad that he was able to share his expertise in the real estate industry. It was a great opportunity for all.

Don't know where to start...

First of all Dan is a great guy. He's professional, well dressed, and easy to get along with, which is great when dealing with a high stress thing in your life like buying a home.

My Fiancee and I decided to buy a home and took a chance with Dan Stefels since he helped my parents previously. Not only was he great to deal with we managed to find a great place to start a family.

We found ourselves commonly asking questions about numerous things, which he seemed to always have an answer for. We are not experienced homeowners so we learned a lot from him.

Despite a few "hiccups" Dan remained responsive and supportive of all our needs throughout the whole process.
