We were intrigued by the building models at Aberdeen Centre and had the opportunity to meet Carolyn Chang there. During the visit, she showed us the enclosed patio window system used in their Burnaby projects. It adds a significant amount of usable, almost fully enclosed space to each unit—making their homes a much better value compared to any of the competitors.
