Her rules are the rules, don't expect her to go out of her way without a fuss.
She dictates far too much for prospective tenants. Careful what you sign.
If you're an owner or landlord renting out your furnished home no possessions of the house are listed on the tenant agreement, beware a tenant can rob you blind,. Thanks to her lack of knowledge. She's just a property manager amateur. Look elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this group at all. They were not professional in handling any requests or getting back to me. I had messaged them regarding a lease back in May. I asked a few basic questions and received a crass answer that I needed to do more research.

I called Kathleen immediately and told her I was not happy with her response and asked if it was a joke or even for lease. We had a discussion and she apologized and said she gets a lot of questions. Well I don't think that's a professional answer. We all get questions or have certain work requirements regardless of the profession.

Furthermore, I gave my information regarding that property and was told many times that I would be contacted for a showing. Not surprisingly they never did call back. One star, and frankly if you have a property to lease try doing it yourself. The market is really hot. You don't need to pay people to do. Especially when the service is so low in my opinion.

In contrast to the other review we've found that Connor Property Management have been excellent. Very direct, very focused, honest. And I have recommended them to my own family that have potential property to rent. They look carefully at the potential properties and more importantly at the people who may want to rent them. So I give them 5 stars.
