It is very hard to choose a cookie. Every single one looked good. I got the Pink Elephant based on the cashier’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint.

The cookie was slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. It was big enough to last for two servings. Not that it did, but it could have!

I recently visited Cookie Plug, and I must admit that it did not live up to my expectations. While the exterior and interior of the establishment were quite appealing, the quality of the cookies left much to be desired.

The cookies themselves were rather bland and lacked a natural flavor. Even the chocolate chip cookies, which are usually a safe choice, tasted somewhat artificial.

Additionally, the prices were quite high for the quality of the product. It did not seem reasonable to pay a premium price ($5 per) for mediocre cookies when there are other establishments that offer better quality at a similar or lower price point.

Overall, my experience at Cookie Plug was disappointing. Considering the numerous other options available, I can not wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. It may be advisable to explore alternative options for satisfying your cookie cravings. We didn’t even finish them .

I have been waiting patiently……. Finally I was able to enjoy the Cookie Plug! The atmosphere is amazing. Christina gave us the name and breakdown of every cookie. Answered ever questioned that we had. She definitely was a vibe and made our experience worth the wait.

I had seen posts all over IG about this place and I decided to see what the hype was about. Of the 7 flavors that I tried, the Pink Elephant, Firecracker and the Snooperdoodle were my favorites in that order. The cookies had a good and balanced bite and were slightly crunchy on the outside and extremely soft and gooey on the inside.

We tried a few of their cookies & let me say that they were good! I thought it would be overhyped cookies but nice and warm they taste very good! My favorite was the strawberry cheesecake (Pink Elephant)

My partner and I wanted to venture out and try a restaurant in Greensboro that had some decent reviews. After lunch I thought, I could really eat some dessert. I searched desserts near me and a name stood out was “Cookie Plug”. I love me a good cookie so we tried it! I was immediately impressed by the signage and after going in even more impressed by the atmosphere! The decals and decor and attention to details in marketing were absolutely genius! These cookies are not your average cookie. They are THICC! They call them “Phatties”! All the cookie names truly match the aesthetic of this place! And honestly, I was sold after seeing a cookie fall apart because they were still warm and soft. So far, I’ve only tried the Nutty OG, a chocolate chip cookie with walnuts, the cookie was still soft and warm. I’m super excited to try the others. We ordered a special that included 7 cookies, a drink, and a sticker. I will be going back, this place is a vibe!

Service was nice. They explained the cookies and specials and greeted my family and I when we walked in. We tried a few different cookies but they all tasted the exact same...like straight sugar and dough. They tasted like someone was making them from scratch, put the cookies on a sheet, got distracted and walked away and forgot to put them in the oven. Maybe it was just an off day.

Saw this place while shopping and decide to give it a try. The service was good as the employee explain the prices. The cookies however, where bland. I got the minis to try the flavors and they all tasted the same. I would not recommend this place, is better if you find other places to satisfy your sugar cravings.
