Not happy. I called to get an online quote for a vehicle. The lady I had (not sure her name) was very rude and unprofessional. My insurance increased without me knowing and when I asked why it had increased she made me feel dumb for asking these questions. As a customer of cooperators for 3 years now I am very unhappy with how I was treated today.

Extremely uncompetitive rates and though I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years they have refused to do anything as simple as co-terming vehicle and house insurance. Leading to an extremely large bill for early cancelation.
Did absolutely nothing after repetitive attempts to understand why our house insurance was double the competitors.

Customer with the co-operators for 15 years in Ontario. I had home and auto insurance and never missed a payment. Moved here and now I can't have monthly payments for home or auto insurance. Switched to another company and they were more then happy to sell me home and auto insurance with monthly payments. I guess that's what loyalty gets you nowadays.
