Mariko and Kiyomi helped my wife and I in the purchase of our first home. From the moment we first met with them we felt at ease. In our first meeting they guided us through the process of buying a home, while taking the time to understand what it is we were looking for.

After the initial meeting we were provided a database of homes that met our criteria, which we went through and marked the ones we were interested in viewing. My wife and I preferred to view most homes via open houses on our own, and the Bridgewell team were more than happy to let us do our thing. They joined us for a few viewings as well, helping us understand things to look out for that we hadn't previously considered. After just a few weeks of searching, we put an offer in on a townhouse and received a counter, which we accepted. We managed to get the house for below ask. The closing process was easy thanks to the Bridgewell team's guidance around any questions we had.

Overall, Mariko and Kiyomi were excellent from start to finish, and we even got a nice little house warming gift, which we totally didn't expect! We couldn't recommend the Bridgewell team enough, you won't regret picking them.

We were first time home buyers so above all else we needed someone also patient. This team delivered it all and then blew it out of the water. You can truly trust them. They continued to help us and check in even after the move in. We enjoyed their tech friendly approach (optional of course), their clear communication, and the ease with which we were able to reach them. Also don’t be fooled by how nice they are…they are sharks when it counts and will take care of their clients!
