After reserving a particular type of condo at Snowmass Village months in advance, and paying in full two weeks before arrival, with no refund possible (required), I was offered what was available the day I arrived - NOT what I had reserved.
The Coral Tree staff were very pleasant, and offered me something better, but not what I reserved.
For this reason, I wouldn't book through them again.

We stayed at Lichenheart condos in October 18, it was an amazing experience nice property and breathtaking view. Rooms are spacious and all amenities are provided for long stay. Would like to come again for Skiing season

I'm sure this is a very lovely place if you actually go. I booked a stay for March 2018 (Spring Break) in June 2017, - 9 months in advance. I unfortunately had to cancel this week due to circumstances beyond my control, giving Snowmass 4 months to rebook my high-demand spring break vacation. The cost to me? $170!!!!!!! I can see charging a $25 cancellation fee to offset the 2 minutes of time it took the CSR to cancel the reservation, but $170? I can assure you, we will never go here in the future.

The condos are great - we like the Summit building the best, the staff are amazing, and the location can't be beat. In the winter these are true ski-in/out condos, and in the summer the stunning beauty of the area combined with the serene location make it unforgettable. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.

Toluca lake Dentistry

Proximity to the slopes is fantastic. The condo is dated and the house keeping in poor, actually the worst I have ever had. Customer service and shuttles and proximity to public transportation is great.

Condo's styling will very depending on individual owners. Return destination for over 15 years. Love the views and ski in/out; right on the slope to main lift!

The unit is completely upgraded, the gatehouse management are wonderful to work with.

Our next skiing trip will be back at Top of the Village, in Trails 105!
