This is not the first time that we invited Barry to sell our home and find us a new home. We were so impressed the first time we used him/Choose Accordingly, that it was a ‘no brainer’ to use his services again.
As everyone knows, the market is very different this year than it has been in the past, however, Barry listed our house end of February, and his photographer did an amazing job with the photos. It was a slow trickle of viewers, but Barry ensured our photos were refreshed with spring/early summer pictures by the end of April/beginning of May, and by mid-June we had a great offer on our home. His negotiation skills are second to none.

Although we had started to look at houses during this time, there really wasn’t much out there, but every weekend/some weeknights, Barry showed us what was available, and more importantly, gave us his honest opinion on each one. Eventually we found the home of our dreams, but it was an estate sale with multiple parties as the sellers, with their own realtors, so now Barry was going back and forth with two realtors with very different opinions and ideas on what the property was worth. Their clients were pushing back on practically everything, almost to the point we were going to give up, but our amazing realtor, Mr. Cordingly, did not take the easy route and find us another home, he worked night and day, with hours of phone calls and texts, to bring the other realtors alongside. His experience with handling the ‘trickier’ sales spoke volumes. His professionalism and manner were second to none. When others (like us - the prospective buyers) may have got angry with the situation, he always stayed calm and in control. When all seemed like a lost cause, he carried on with negotiations, right until the signing back of the last document. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our realtor. Barry has been in the business for many, many years, and everything about him, from his knowledge on the housing market, to costs for renovations, to handling awkward situations/conversations never ceased to amaze us. We hope to never move again, but if we did, we would most definitely go back to Barry! Grateful to you and the team!
