I have worked with a few Property Management companies, and can honestly say that Core displays the best qualities I look for. A family-owned, wholesome company who care deeply about their clients. Every time I have called they 1) answer the phone (you would be surprised how rare this is at other companies!) and 2) are genuinely nice and aren’t just trying to rush you off the phone.

Update: Core Management did get in touch with me and resolved the questions and concerns that I had. They made it clear that this is not the usual way that communication is handled. I appreciated the effort that was made to help me.

Disappointed in Core's lack of communication to their clients. Over the past two weeks, I've sent two emails to their [email protected] mailbox. It would seem that no one monitors this mailbox. If this is the case, I would suggest deleting the mailbox. I then called the office and was told that Mia handles my property, I left a voicemail for Mia, two days passed, no response. I called again today and spoke to Mia who then told me that Brittany is the property manager but she is away, I was then transferred to another person who I left another message for. Two weeks to get any kind of response is not what I would consider to be good customer service.

I didn't know I needed to create an account to be able to access digital copies of my invoice. When I emailed them for assistance, not only did they reply within 12 hours, they gave me detailed (but not overwhelming) instructions on ~multiple~ ways in which I could pay for my invoice. I went with the Telepay option and it was very easy and secure.

I've lived in Secord Corners for almost six years as a tenant. Under Core Management, particularly Charissa Shine the maintenance of the common areas including snow removal, sidewalk maintenance and landscaping in the summer has been excellent. Response to maintenance concerns such as parking area lighting etc. has been prompt.

Setting up "tenant link" communication has really helped with our knowing when maintenance crews will be on-site, plus reporting any tenant concerns. Having done property maintenance and management in the past all that I can say is "Well done!"
