Cornerstone at Callaghan is an amazing friendly community and very well professionally handled and managed by Broadstreet properties. Jatinder is very helpful, friendly and customer centric manager. He helped me and my family from showing unit virtually to move out smoothly on New Year’s Eve. We were stressing as we were moving from Ontario but huge shout out and thanks to Jatinder who made rental process seamless. He is very committed and even came after his working hours on New Year’s Eve to hand us over the key and to do a move in inspection. Propert is very clean and well equipped with state of the art appliances.

I have only been here a few months. I am paying $2000.00 a month to live with nasty, filthy cockroaches. My house has been sprayed twice now and they keep coming back. Management will not do what is necessary to eradicate the problem completely, so instead, people are forced to live this way. ZERO compensation to the tenant. The best advice I can give people is to stay far away from here. It is absolutely appalling! I don't sleep anymore. I am chronically wiping my counters. It has become quite a psychological inconvenience. I have kids. We have all become ill. Do not rent here. It is horrible! Run far away from this place. If renting weren't so expensive, we would have already been gone. I just want out of here!

I recently signed a lease with cornerstone Cunningham Broadstreet , expecting a professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, my interactions with the management team, particularly Lady Dochrets, have been overwhelmingly disappointing.
From the onset, it was clear that their primary concern was collecting rent checks, not ensuring the well-being of tenants. Lady Dochrets' demeanor was consistently abrasive and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued resident.
It's disheartening to see a management team prioritize profits over people. Their behavior is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect basic respect and a willingness to address legitimate concerns.

Its a beautiful place to live. Buldings are well maintained and surroundings are peaceful. Lake and Gargen just a steps away from my building.

When I moved in in April of 2021, it started out really nice. The management were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The building looked and stayed clean.
However, after a couple years that changed drastically. I was on the 4th floor, which I paid a premium for and at first, it was a nice quiet place. By the time I moved out in Jan 24, it became loud, screaming kids, and rude people.
I was given a notice of inspection MULTIPLE times... to inspect for cockroaches. These inspections and notices came at least every 3 weeks to a month. I called to complain and was told there was nothing... someone saw a fruit fry and panicked. Now, there is a HUGE difference between a fruit fly and a cockroach, but yes, they had to come and inspect.
I was also served '24 hour notices' for various inpections a week ahead of time. A week isn't 24 hours... 🤦‍♀️

I broke my lease early, but gave 2 months notice, and made sure I did everything by the book, however, I felt like I was being harassed and theynjust wanted me out.

Also, on another note, an oven should not take 30-40 minutes to pre-heat. I have an older oven and it barely takes 15 minutes.

A bit long, but I left there feeling extremely frustrated and relieved to be out.
I always paid rent in full, on time, and my place was left clean... and I was a quiet tenant.

I have enjoyed living at Cornerstone for almost two years and with Broadstreet almost eight years.Sourabh and Alfredo are amazing, very professional, kind and courteous always with a smile, wave and a hello.The buildings are clean and quiet. The repairs are done promptly. The maintenance staff always know the answer and they clean up after themselves.I tell people Broadstreet is strict and fair,after all this job is babysitting adults. There are beautiful walking trails, a Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart and other amenities across the street. I say rent with Broadstreet and enjoy life.
