I do not reccomend ever renting from this company! It's been months since I have moved in and serious issues with the apartment have yet to be resolved! The repairman was rude and dismissive and only fixed one small issue before he left. I was told he'd be back within days to fix some of the other issues... it's been 7 months since then. The landlord has been extremely dodgy about contacting me and has yet to get serious problems resolved. I moved in to discover a dirty unmaintained living space complete with broken blinds, mould in several rooms and a squishy sinking floor in the bathroom, none of these issues have been resolved. For the obnoxious amount charged in rent for such a small poorly maintained building I'd highly reccomend NEVER renting from this company! All they care about is the monthly payout on their properties! Save yourself a bad situation and steer clear for a company who cares about their rental properties and the people who have to live in them.

Absolutely terrible company! I have rented from them for 6 months. They are slumlords. Won't fix anything. Mold, leaking in bathroom, and missing bedroom door. If you are considering renting from them DON'T!

One of the better landlords I've dealt with in the HRM. His bay road properties are quality/in excellent condition, all inclusive. Mike & co. are very honest & genuine

Shameful operation. Your tenants are paying top dollar for apartments unfit for rats. Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of these bottom feeders.
