I rented a 4 plex from them from 1991-94 in Red Deer. They were always fair and willing to work with me for a few months while I rearranged my life following a divorce. As long as I paid my rent and cared fo my suite they were very good. No complaints

We were scheduled today at 11 AM and they cancelled on us last minute (Around 9:47 AM) when me and my family booked it off from our busy schedule. Like come on now. From that , I could tell how the management doesn't respect our time at all. Please do better when it comes to informing cancellation and not doing it last minute. What a waste of time.

Poor first imression- Left waiting outside in -25 weather to view apartment-No communication - Very happy that we will not be doing business with these people.

We made an appointment to view a basement suit. It was double booked for viewing as another couple showed up at the same time as us. We didn't mind that. What we did mind was that the property manager never showed up.

It was -25 as we waited outside for 20 minutes today, and nobody from Cornerstone Managment came to meet us at their requested time that was confirmed multiple times by both parties.

We called, and we were directed to voicemail. Left a voicemail, and we have still not heard from them.

I personally know the new management. They are hard working people. I have witnessed their work ethic, and believe that they will give a honest effort to correct any issues that need to be addressed. They're smart and strong,both physically and mentally and will be only beneficial for Cornerstone Management.

I got saved thankfully. They are frauds, dont picks call and respond to messages. Marketing manager will show you the property without knowing whether its available or not. They will first ask you to go online and pay fee for verification and later when you do that they will tell you property is already rented or landlord is not responding. Also on their site they mention amenities like Dishwasher, elevators but you wont find them while viewing the property. Wasted my time.

Zero star rating from me. All the negative reviews are pretty accurate. They are currently in the process of screwing me over, charging me for a damage from a previous tenant. My move out walk through was July 30th, I have sent severe emails, left voicemails mails and they are completely ghosting me. If you want to get screwed over, pick this company. If you have no choice to rent from them, make sure they write all previous damage down on the move in walkthrough paper because they will try and screw you any chance they get.

Cornerstone management took over ownership of this building about a week ago, since then the building has gone to hell in a hand basket. There is no longer an on site building manager, there is garbage everywhere in the halls and its been that way for 5 days now even though management has been here almost daily. Not one piece of garbage has been picked up. Tenants are allowing their guests to prop open both doors at night leading to random people sleeping in the laundry room. Top notch job cornerstone! 🙄

Janene is fantastic at what she does. Her knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things are in place and maintained properly really make a difference. Especially when there are so many other property management companies out there that cut corners
