Cornerstone has no problem letting you live in a collapsing apartment
!!!This needs to be known!!!

The Ceiling has collapsed in the living room and now in the hallway, also the kitchen is on its way out. I love on the top floor of an apartment building.
There is constant dripping in the walls and through out the electrical.
It has been been over a month since I first reported this to the property management and they have not once sent anybody to my place to assess the damage or even the situation. They sent someone to clean up the fallen dry wall twice ( one for the living room and one for the hallway) which were about 2 weeks apart.
Since the removal of the drywall there is constant dripping all over my floor from the exposed rotten, mouldy roof.
They have not once bothered to check in on my situation or accommodate me in any way due to their incompetence and neglect of this emergency situation.

It's hard to be happy for the holidays when your roof is literally collapsing on-top of you.

The apartment was clean and the neighborhood seemed nice. Lou was the agent showing us the apartment. He was very kind, friendly and went out of his way to show me more available units he thought were suitable for me and my son.

He was very understanding and helpful under my circumstances I was going thru I would recommend cornerstone to anyone they have truly been wonderful ❤️ they have made what I was going through more tolerable. As a new tenant with Cornerstone, I had a fantastic experience. Lou and Violeta helped me find the right space, making everything easy and transparent. Their professionalism and excellent customer service stood out, which had been hard to find in the Hamilton area. I highly recommend this team as they were everything I wanted in a property manager ☺️

They are scammer.
please be carefull to this company.
Please don't take any apartment from this company.
they will create a lot of problems for you ? once u leaving the property.
So be carefull to choose this.
Once u moved in their property a lot of problems inside apartment .they will later blame on u once u leaving the apartment and they will charge u hidden charges from u.
So guys be carefull.

I would have loved to give a 0 rating to Cornerstone Select Properties (CSP) but Google has set a minimum of 1 so I am not happy about it. As I tenant, I have not come across such a neglectful, greedy and vengeful property manager so far in life. May be there are worse property managers but CSP comes pretty close near the bottom of the pile. Waste management at the 1516 Main St W where I stayed has been and continues to be such a waste ! CSP is not going to listen to you however many times you contact them as they say that it is not their business ! The wooden flooring at my unit had not been replaced since ages and when it started to wear out, I requested them to replace it. For over 6 months, I only kept hearing from them that they do not have the 'budget approval' for it. I then knocked the doors of the City of Hamilton and their 1000 dollar budget came all of a sudden ! Ofcourse, I made them poor by a 1000 dollars, how could these vengeful creatures be silent ? Within a span of 1 week from my flooring getting replaced, I got an eviction notice from them ! Talk of courtesy. Anyway, I have far more important things to attend to in life than locking horns with this unworthy bunch. So I am moving out and want to end by saying just three words - 'Don't come here' Feel free to reach out to me for any queries and concerns. Trust me, I have a book-full of stories to tell you. There are of courses lotuses in swamps and Isidro has been the lotus for me in this CSP swamp. He is a wonderful and helpful guy. However, apart from him, there not much good to be said about CSP.
