The 2 previous negative reviews are very surprising. I have rented various office/warehouse spaces from Timex Realty since 2014 and I only have positive things to say. The entire Timex team, Greg in particular, is wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns are addressed very promptly and reasonably. Just recently I was faced with a very particular situation that entailed finding an "out of the box" solution. Greg went out of his way to help and couldn't have been more patient. Every single neighbour I have spoken to (and I speak to many of them as we all get along quite well) has only spoken positively about Timex. There must be a reason for that... I would be happy to rent with Timex again or recommend them to anyone.

Rapco Equipment started renting space from Timex In the late 1970'S, with my father renting a single warehouse. Today, 50+ years later we're happily still with Timex, presently renting space in two of their buildings, and soon to be three. I have nothing but praise and respect for Greg and his team. The location where I am situated right now in the St Laurent Industrial Parc is optimal . I have been a tenant of Timex for almost 20 years. We have not only a great working relationship with Greg and his team but also a personal relationship. The team has been intact for the majority of the 20 years . Every one has their assigned departments, when we need assistance, they are on it right away. I have never had to place a second call. I've rented different locals from Timex some blank slates that I needed to customize for my needs and other locals that were ready to rent. This is the case with an industrial location.
