This is my " go to " spot when I need hardware, plumbing, or yard items. Cam is a very friendly and helpful owner operator of this thriving little buisiness. He has a great staff who is extremely helpful and friendly as well. If they don't have what you are looking for and it is a stock item they will order it for you. Great little store! Mostly staffed with young adults and they are polite, super helpful, and make my shopping experience there simply awesome! We are quick to complain about companies that do us wrong but I would like to take a minute to congratulate the manager of this place for doing such great work with the selection of products offered and the staff being so amazing! Keep up the good work!!!

Knowledgeable staff, eager to help and friendly. Price point can be high for some items like most small town stores. But with the price of gas it works out to pay a bit more and not have to drive so far. I like supporting local businesses too.

Hands down the most friendliest staff compared to other stores with the same name as them.
They know where the product is or of it is out of stock before heading to the aisle in question. I've been there twice and yet I live almost 2 hours away (fishing near there is incredible)... and yet I would go again if I need something.

For a being a big guy, I’ve never felt so invisible. I had just visited Home hardware, and boy… how many times could you get disrespected in a span of 3 minutes? Apparently a few.

First I go to a checkout that reads “Closed - Please use other side”. So I do just that. And as soon as I step over to that side, that closed side then opens! And the girl on the til surely had to of seen me standing theres needing to check out, but didn’t bother to say that she could ring me in. She proceeded to ring in 2 other customs while I wait in the other line where this cashier is helping find a customer something in a book. I kept my cool for they were wrapping it up.

Another store employee then steps in front of me and asks the cashier to help look at a key she just cut. Ok cool… no problem. So then when I think I’m about to get rung up… the cashier then walks away and heads over to the key machine without so much of a word as to her “being right back”. Like seriously? Am I invisible. I just looked around and nobody could be bothered to help me. I just dropped my items that I needed and left. I was floored with the unprofessionalism. And I hate to say that, because usually they’re pretty on the ball and a treat to deal with. Not today unfortunately.
