If a zero were available to select for a review! Cove Properties are a 3 dressed up as a nine. The builder selectively offers warranty at their discretion. If the cost is too much, they simply won't provide the warranty - only pathetic excuses. I purchased a condo in June 2024 and have been trying to have a plumbing issue repaired since. It seems the pipes in the wall behind my toilet have not been properly secured resulting a very loud "door slamming" sound several times daily. Cove properties has indicated that the banging sound is the waste hitting the elbow in the pipe and there is nothing they will do about it! CMON! it may be normal if residents above me are flushing golf balls! This sound has been waking me up in the middle of the night for 7 months! The executive at Cove do not respond to email and simply do not care. If you are looking for a new condo that is well built and that will offer warranty and customer service, COVE PROPERTIES IS NOT IT!!

After careful review I realized the value of inclusions, location and overall value of Cove Condos in Wolf Willow is a clear Winner. I highly recommend investing in a top rated builder that is Cove. The interior and exterior designs are very modern and elegant. I'm extremely happy with the sales and support teams here who cater to all your needs or concerns. Darcy was great in managing the sales process and it felt flawless and stress free even after possession with Deana and the entire Cove team. The community is beautiful with lovely views as this neighborhood continues to grow towards being one of the best in Calgary. This is beyond exceptional for singles, pet owners, couples or small families. I recommend Cove properties to you and your family.

My wife and I moved into Cove Properties Bow 360 condos in Wolf Willow in December 2023. Bow 360 has certainly lived up to our expectations. The fit and finish of our unit has been excellent and any minor deficiencies were corrected in a timely manner by the Cove team. We found Bow 360 a cut above other properties we had looked at in their design, material quality and general construction and we still feel that way. A special acknowledgement to Darcy Apps the Cove Sales Manager for this project who helped quide us through the selection and purchase process, she made what is generally a stressful time much less so and was extremely professional and helpful. We certainly recommend Cove's Bow 360.
