In late 2024, we were planning to enter the housing market and buy our first property. As immigrants, we had little to no knowledge of the process of purchasing a home and handling all the paperwork in Canada. Fortunately, one listing led us to Craig, and all our concerns disappeared just days after meeting him!

From day one, he has been incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions (even my weird ones 😅), gathering every possible detail about the properties we were interested in, and sharing valuable insights with us. Throughout the process, he never made us feel uncomfortable. He was always that extra set of eyes to catch things we might have missed, and he never pressured us in any direction.

Craig just may well be the best real estate agent we have ever found.
