I was looking for someone to help me find a condo in downtown Vancouver and sell a condo in Langley. Craig was recommended to me by a family member, and he came through in every way!

During our first meeting I could tell that he truly cared for my wholistic happiness, working with me to develop the best strategy for my real estate success. Once we got stared, Craig guided me through both processes (buying and selling) with patience and great communication.

To sell my Langley condo, Craig took the time to ensure my home was presented perfectly, readying it for professional photography, 3D rendering, and videography (his specialty!). Once imagery was available, he launched an exciting social media campaign along with a smart sales philosophy, getting multiple offers right away.
