Working with Craig on finding our perfect home in Halifax was the best realtor experience we've ever had. On day 1, he worked with us to figure out where and what we should be looking for based on our lifestyle and  budget, while introducing to us options we never thought of.

Once we started visiting houses on the market, we quickly learned that Craig was more than just a 'realtor. With flashlight and measuring gadget in hand, we would find him analyzing hard to see spaces, inspecting the foundation and guts of the house, giving him the ability to see the value in upgrades or opportunities to offer lower than the asking price – all while respecting the home and privacy of the owner. As first time detached home buyers who are not 'handy', we appreciated his knowledge of the components that make up a solid home investment.

Throughout the process, Craig's communication was impeccable – he was always prompt to answer calls, email or texts. When we reached the final stage, his paper work was organized and clear. His knowledge, honesty, punctuality, patience (we saw A LOT of properties), and genuine love for real estate and construction is what sets him apart in the realty business.

Craig is a fantastic choice as a realtor. He showed us a wide variety of homes and gave us great advice and pointed out things to keep an eye on. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was always prompt and quick to answer any communications. I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for a realtor in the HRM.

Simply the best real estate counsel I've ever worked with.

Gold standard. Insightful. Savvy. Subject matter expert. Kind. Generous. Conscientious. Unfailingly available. Empathic. Patient. Proactive - anticipates questions and needs. Service extends well after sale. He is not transactional but relational. Advises about the future of property valuations in COVID and post COVID plus helps me find a various suppliers.

He goes far beyond and I am forever grateful for his kindness, counsel, and friendship.

And now we are beyond lucky to enjoy a glorious home.

He is an example for all in sales to study and follow.
