I had the Absolute Pleasure of meeting the new manger of woods mere manor here in medicine hat about when i was in the market for a place to call home about a year a go . the manger went above and beyond to help us fill out the application for the unit . she made the process extremely easy and explained everything i needed to know . i got to tour one of the units that were open at the time and i was Blown away by the amount of hard work that had gone in to the up keep and maintenance of this building. newly painted updated features and the hallways are always clean the building is quite and always has a friendly faces of staff and other residence that make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the doors your treated like family the young maintenance man is expectational at his job and does an outstanding work . thank you Woodmere for the help filling out the application it was a pleasure working with you

The current manager and maintenance staff are amazing. Glad that they took over for the travesty that was here before them.
And while I've enjoyed living here the last 3 years the prices have gotten out of control, when I moved in the rent was 895 a month, and now it's moving up to 1,200. For a 2 bedroom apartment. Corporate greed has successfully forced me to move out of a place I would have been happy to call home for a very long time. But for this much a month? No way I can support this anymore. Between the 2 buildings they make over 140,000 per month and you're going to tell me that you need to raise the rent? While I hold no ill feelings toward the manager or maintenance staff I absolutely hold ill feelings towards the head office
