I am currently renting a unit at Osborne Terraces, and it has been the worst experience I've had with any property management. First of all, the lease didn't arrive on time, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. When I finally moved in, I requested maintenance for a few issues, but no updates till now. I've reached out multiple times through texts and emails, but there has been no response. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. I would never recommend renting with them.

My review is specific to the property at 300 Main Street where I was privileged to work with Lydawn McGarry. Ms McGarry took the time to show me a number of suites in the building, and her presentation, and the information package she provided, were attractively done and quite thorough. And when I left her with a couple of questions at the end of my tour, Ms McGarry followed up with an email before the end of the day. Over the following few weeks, as we moved toward a leasing agreement, I found Ms McGarry prompt in her response and attentive to my questions, as well as flexible and understanding as I dealt with the uncertainties of arranging the big move. In the months of my apartment search I certainly hadn't experienced this level of detail and attention. I am really grateful to Lydawn McGarry of Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson as she made my final decision so much easier.

I reached out to Kyle almost a month ago with 2 questions about a rental my husband and I were interested in. After more than 2 weeks without a response, we reached out to a manager to check in. She assured us we would receive a response this past Monday. On Wednesday evening we still had no response, so we emailed again and were told Kyle would answer our questions on Thursday. It's now Friday evening and we have still not gotten answers to the questions which could have been answered in minutes. I don't know if the problem is with Kyle or the whole company, but it's unacceptable.

Disconnect with the tenant for two months. I emailed and called them many times. I even leave my voice message and contact way. But they did not reply to me. So I did not even have a chance to talk to them for two months. It has been the most horrible service I have ever had.

I am a tenant at Lot 6 and wanted to say how IMPRESSED we are with Wes. Actually, a bunch of tenants would agree. It's so nice to have a Property Manager come in and completely change the atmosphere in 2 months! Since Wes came on board things have been fixed and addressed in 1 day!!! Not 6 months like the old management company. Its nice to have someone care for the tenants and this building. I have a few friends looking to move here because of the care Wes and Cushman and Wakefield provide. Thank you Wes for EVERYTHING!!!!
