I was excited to try the new sweet chilli chicken fingers and all I asked was to have the sauce on the side (for reasons that I should not have to explain). And as per a previous clients experience of asking for a simple change and getting a flat out no because management says so. I'm tired of being told no, I'm the paying customer and I did not ask for anything difficult. I will not be returning. Is it worth losing a customer because you wouldn't put the sauce on the side? (Note: I did not require more sauce and nothing else changed.)

Coming home late from the airport called these guys two minutes before 10 to see if they would stay open 10 minutes late to make us blizzards. Much to our delight they made it happen and stayed late.

Upon returning from Lethbridge, I visited this Dairy Queen where the friendly and accommodating staff at the counter assisted a group of elderly customers with kindness and patience. I treated myself to a Mushroom Swiss burger and a large strawberry shake without whipped cream, which was both delicious and a delightful way to cool off in the heat.

This is the best DQ I've ever been too. Juhil, Yash, Deep, Dhaval, Anuthosh and everyone else there are so friendly and kind. The food is always great. So happy to have them local.

We were travelling on summertime from Cranbrook, BC to Edmonton, AB and needed to stopped for gas and eat lunch in this location.

It is very convenient as it is located near the gas station and thus save our time travelled.

The staffs were professional and efficient; have well maintained restrooms; and service with a smile.

The food was very well seasoned and fresh, loved it!

Staff argued with me in the drive through for 5 mins on numerous ways on why they can not do my fries well done. Two plus years of loyal customer dining with the same order and now more than once I have been argued with. Customer is always right. Will not be returning.

During my recent visit, there were no other customers ahead of me in the drive-through, yet I was asked to wait and it took longer to receive my food compared to similar chain restaurants. The service needs improvement.

This is our second birthday cake from this location. The first time the birthday writing matched the pale blue icing and looked like a baby cake not a birthday cake for a sixty year old. We tried our best to add sprinkles and photo copy photos to make it look better. I had ordered it online and ordered blue icing and to say Happy 60th Birthday. That was three years ago. My husband went in person this time and chose cake but was surprised they again used the pale yellow to write on cake to match yellow icing. He’s too nice to ask them to fix it but said we’re not buying cake there again. He also ordered a medium cone and it was the size of a small at other DQ locations. We drive through Nanton a lot and know it’s not worth stopping there. Very dissatisfied!
