I've known Dale for nearly 20 years. He was our realtor when we bought a townhouse in Victoria in 2006, he was our realtor when we had to sell it in 2016, and when I knew I was coming back to Victoria in June of 2020, my wife and I didn't even think of asking another realtor; we knew we wanted Dale to act for us.
