Couldn't be more pleased with the expertise provided by Dan and Tara. As a first time home buyer they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in a way that I could understand, and always got back to me very quickly. Dan and Tara also worked relentlessly to ensure that I was getting the best rate possible. After securing one rate, Dan and Tara went out of there way a month later and shopped around again to get me a even better rate! Cannot say enough good things about the services they provided and how helpful they were, would definitly recommend them to anyone looking to get a mortgage.

Dan is the man!!! I just bought my first apartment recently with Dan. First off, he definitely knows what he's doing, as a first time buyer who was completely clueless, he made the entire process as stress free as possible, guiding me the entire way through. Not only that, but he was able to find me a mortgage deal when other brokers couldn't even get me approved. He also, after the deal went through, stayed in contact to make sure everything went smoothly . All I can say is I would give him 10/10 if you are looking for a mortgage or realtor I would definitely get into contact with Dan! 🙂

Dan was AMAZING! He helped us very quickly get our first mortgage after we had been misled and lied to by another mortgage broker. Dan worked night and day trying everything he could to repair the damage caused and in the end we were able to get our mortgage and buy our first home! We had spent the first term of our mortgage with a Big Bank. Someone, I don’t remember who, recommended Dan, so we went for Starbucks with him. It was very comfortable talking with Dan. He said he could certainly meet and likely beat any bank rate for our mortgage. With Dan we found a much better rate and reduced our mortgage by $30,000 over a 3 year period. I trust and recommend Dan as a broker to anyone in any financial situation. 5/5.
