From the time we signed our lease, we've had such a great experience with Daniels Gateway. Their staff have always been super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Kavita specifically has been amazing (not to mention kind, patient and has gone above and beyond for us) helping us throughout our tenancy. I would absolutely rent with Daniels again.

Mrs. Kavita Harrylal is such a diligent and dedicated person, also really want to appreciate the customer service representatives who always gave me quick replies every time I contacted them. Overall we really have a great time there.

I don’t want to leave a review too soon as I have only been here less than a year at Rio Court but so far I really love the people I live among … they’re all diverse, respectful, decent people… I live facing a park and I love that all the children in the neighbourhood are so friendly that my son made friends easily … rent is high, that’s a fact but you’re really paying for all the extra stuff you won’t get renting from a private landlord … I can paint my walls, and pretty much personalise my home as long as I am able to return it to its original form when I leave… when I contact customer care with a complaint, someone always comes by that day or the next day… I never had to wait more than 2 days for service … the homes are OLD but if you complain about minor things, they’ll come repair it … you will get push back on more expensive repairs like fridge repairs especially from Chris Alarcon but he’s reasonable to deal with … the maintenance guy is super nice, he’s blunt but friendly … overall I don’t feel like I’m renting, it feels like home

I've been living at 15 Lower Jarvis Street for over a year. I always made my payments on time. I didn't receive any complaints. My girlfriend and my other friend were living with me for 6 months. Again, we had no problems. Then, I wanted to register my girlfriend and my other friend into the system upon the request of the building management and they told me that they declined to save it in the system and that's ridiculous...

They canceled both fobs they provided me. I do not have any right to enter the building at the moment. I wait for people to open the door to enter the building as if I were doing something strange.

Now, to reach the employees of the Daniels office named MARIA SALAS and JALAL AZIZI, I have been sending e-mails and leaving voice messages on their phones for 3-4 days and I have never received a response. An incredibly irresponsible company. Some of the employees are very amateur and rude. A place that doesn't care about its tenants. I don't understand why they are preventing me from registering my girlfriend in my house where I have been living for more than a year!

Overall the Daniel's team are very responsive and provide excellent customer service. We've been here for approximately 5+ years and have enjoyed living here in the community. They are very proactive in keeping up with property maintenance and upkeep. Everyone from customer care, to maintenance team have been great.
Rent is reasonable and they're pet friendly. Which is why we moved from Toronto to Mississauga because we couldn't find anyone that allowed pets. In the end, the best decision we made moving here.
Daniel's also provides renters the opportunity to save HIP dollars which can go towards a Daniel's property purchase down the road. We hope we can take advantage of this opportunity Daniel's provides for their renters.
