Boy, I sure do love it when beloved Toronto cultural institutions get paved by conglomerates to put up luxury condos that only the tiniest fraction of people living here can actually afford! I hope that gutting all the cool things that my parents experienced in THEIR Toronto back in the '90s and 2000s made The Daniels Corporation and their ilk a whole lot of money, because the city paid for it with its soul!

Premium condo right next to the lakeshore. Killer view but very expensive. Picture below are models

This is a superb project. With the game-changing, revolutionary standards that Daniels is known for, The Light House tower at Daniels Waterfront does not only embrace the art and culture of the city, but the building also has the 360° lake and city views with Sugar Beach as the "yard".

I'm not sure what the point is of an "artists" business hub/creative studios, when you offer no art studios, insanely small storage space, and excessively expensive access in addition to a pricey membership fee.

Whoever designed this space knows nothing about being an artist. A complete waste of a building. Sad.

It is going to be the best commercials tower in the future. The view towards ocean is just amazing.
