Staffs are very rude,it was an insulting experience when i served the documents from RTDRS yesterday,they were laughing when Bec heard my name,and when i closed the door they were laughing again so rude! unprofessional!
We are so disappointed when we moved out because they let us pay everything which the one who let us moved in before told us that those small chips of cabinet doors are wear and tear so no need to take photo of those because they will not charge us ,and also the fridge doors,she told us that those are under work orders but until we moved out they did not change them,so when we moved out Bec insisted that we destroyed them,and we have to pay for all of those.,and take note she is not the one who let us move in so she does not know what the lady who move us in told us about those things.
so renters this is a lesson you have to take photo or video of everything,the person who let us move-in told us that management had changed so they let us pay for those wear and tear.

Had an appointment walked into rental office. Lady yelled “come in”. No introduction, didn’t get up from her chair, just rude. Still couldn’t tell you her name as she never told us. Told her I was driving over to the townhomes, failed to tell me where to park, told me it was for unit 107. I went to park on space number 7. She was clearly frustrated I went to wrong spot. Parked and my mom got out and went to unit 107 while I waited in my car. I could see in my rear view mirror her annoyed, clapping her hands and saying “hello, are you going to come out”, I got out yelled down to my mom that the lady was at a different unit. she said she told us it was 307, already heated I said we heard 107. My mom viewed the unit said she was very polite during the showing. However, first impressions were not good. I was ready to leave before even seeing the unit due to the interactions we already had. She was rude, not personable or friendly. I don’t know if she was having a bad morning, but regardless she failed to do the bare minimum.

We are disappointed with our stay at this property.The management is un helpful and unprofessional. After we moved out ,they had the audacity to claim costs for repairs.this place is not worth the hassle.

I have been a long term tenant and every single repair has taken a minimum of 3 months and you have to call ir speak to them multiple times in order to get anything done.

Edit - the property manager emailed me right away and got my current issue resolved. She was also nice enough to explain that this location has had some staff turnaround and has been low on staff so things get pushed back at times. She has said any issue going forward to reach out to her and she would follow up. I appreciate the quick response and can understand that things can be missed or bumped as emergency happen.

Very clean building. My apt was perfect when I moved in. Marilyn is absolutely amazing. Right there to offer any help if needed. All office staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to new beginnings in my new home!! Thank you to all.

I was a resident for the past year and my unit was top notch and a reasonable price. Bec and Marilyn were fantastic with all of their help during the move in/out process.
