Darin Ruff came highly recommended to us by a rental company in Cochrane. He was extremely well connected and the company was very professional having created wonderful pictures of our home and the views of the mountains. Darin was very responsive whenever we had a question. We listed our house price too high just as the market was cooling but never felt any pressure to reduce the price from the realtor. We got a number of low offers and again never felt any pressure to “make a deal”. In the end we received a fair price for our home and were very pleased with the process.

Darin has been a pleasure to deal with, Darin took the time to show us around homes in Cochrane even though he knew at the time we were not in a position to purchase. We were carrying out research ready to make a purchase when the right property turned up. When the perfect property came on the market Darin was able to provide a virtual viewing for myself being located in London and my Wife was on business in Australia. He provided a live conference call and we spent 30 minutes looking around the property virtually. We made an offer straight away and was accepted. 4 weeks later we completed. Darin has been fast, professional and attentive at all times. Darin is also fun and charismatic making the whole process a complete pleasure.
