We originally met with Dave about a potential business location that caught our attention, after further investigation the timing of the numbers didn't work for us. Jump forward approx 6 months he reached out again when he saw an opportunity that he thought might be a better fit for what we were looking for. I'm gonna tell you three qualities I experienced from working with Dave.

A. Treating your money as his own money.
Some realtors would only look at the commission and pick the easier job instead of actually helping you.
When Dave represents you he will prioritize the pros and cons of the deal over anything else and break it down to you in details. Even if you don't know some of the rules and regulations he will briefly guide you through. We certainly learnt a lot working with him.

B. Respectful and protect his investment.
Me and my wife we came from China and in eastern asian culture we do things straight forward with minimal drama. It was a perfect match working with Dave cuz he's not afraid of tough conversations but always in a professional and respectful manner. Plus if you're his client he will definitely protect your interest.

C. Resourceful and getting things done attitude.
The work ethic in Canada these day is broken.
We're lucky to meet with Dave and his lovely wife Jen and work with them.
Yes they will get back to you as soon as they get your messages.
But they know pretty much everything you need in the area. Commercial residential any type of work or any type of business.
He probably knows someone you could talk to.
And it's not that they would google then share phone numbers to you.
They know all those people and businesses.
That's another level of credibility and reliability from their reputation.
No wonder Dave and his team tops the realtors in town.

Made the process so smooth, was informative and honest. Answered all my questions and made me feel confident we were making the right decision. He was always accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Dave was very patient with my home buying process. I started 'looking' almost 2 years ago and I told Dave that I wasn't in a rush and will know it when I find it.

His program automatically sent me new listings and updates and about once every month or so I'd send Dave a list of homes I wanted to see. He would graciously setup the appointments and show them to me.

This last year however, the market was HOT, with all kinds of insane unconditional cash offers being placed on houses quicker than I could even request to see them. Dave went out of his way, often with very little notice, to get me into some houses to see them.
